Michael has over 24 years of real estate experience having started with Z&A in 1986. During his career, he has been Associate Director of Real Estate with Waldenbooks, Director of Real Estate for Sweet Factory, Vice President of Real Estate & Construction for Cinnabon, Vice President of Real Estate for Edison Brothers and Vice President of Development for Diedrich Coffee and Gloria Jean's Coffees overseeing the real estate, construction, franchising, training and operations departments. Mike is responsible for various Z&A projects and new developments.
Founded Zorehkey and Associates (Z&A) in 1982. Eddie has been involved in the retail world for forty years. He started his retail career at age thirteen in Chicago. In 1970 he became Associate Director of Retail Development for U.S. Shoe Corporation and was Vice President for two divisions of HRT Industries. In addition to being C.E.O. of Z&A for almost thirty years. Mr. Zorehkey was Western Regional Director of real estate for Waldenbooks for eight of those years. The western region encompassed Denver West plus Alaska and Hawaii. Z&A has represented Windsor Fashions since 1999.
Maya Zorehkey, President
Started her retail career working in her parent's retail store in La Paz, Bolivia at age ten. She joined Z&A in January of 1983 after operating a location company specializing in locations for the film and television industry. Since joining the company, she has directed the expansion programs for various clients. Maya is responsible for the leasing division of the company, which has successfully completed leasing programs for:
1. Newport Fashion Island, Newport Beach, CA2. Laguna Hills Mall, Laguna Hills, CA
3. The Promenade, Woodland Hills, CA
4. Baldwin Hills Crenshaw Plaza, Los Angeles, CA
